BF2-3ABC Heavy-Duty Full-Suspension Construction Seat with Integrated Smart Armrest for Excavators & Loaders

Designed for excavators, loaders, bulldozers, and aerial work platforms, the BF2-3ABC combines heavy-duty suspension with integrated controls to handle the high vibration and complex operating demands of construction sites. The full mechanical suspension system provides 60mm of travel with 45–120kg weight adjustment, precisely fitting different operators and absorbing work impacts to protect spinal health. The wide 60° backrest adjustment and 75mm fore/aft slide rails support multiple working positions from digging and loading to aerial operations.

The core Smart Armrest Console (Option C) integrates a dual-Hall cross joystick, three-speed direction switch, dual emergency stops, horn, and expansion switches into the right armrest. Operators control hydraulic and travel functions with the right hand in a natural posture — compatible with 12V/24V systems — reducing fatigue from frequent arm movements. Additional options include OPS micro switch safety detection (Option A) and dust cover (Option B) for jobsite dust. Standard equipment includes a two-point seatbelt and document box. The universal multi-hole base flexibly fits various construction machinery models. Black backed PVC is oil-resistant, tear-resistant, and easy to clean; flannelette is available for enclosed cabs.
